Maintenance

Weight maintenance can often be the most challenging aspect of your weight management journey. This journey does not end with the achievement of goal weight. Our Maintenance Program is designed to protect the weight you have lost and continue the momentum into the maintenance phase. Classes are designed to provide a structured program that provides support, accountability and continued resources.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (1 year)

  • 8 Individual (30 min) visits with a dietitian over a one year period
  • One body composition analysis monthly
  • Maintenance classes (Offered the first and third weeks of each month)
    • Mondays: 12:00-1:00pm
    • Tuesdays: 5:30-6:30pm
